Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме развития управленческой компетенции в процессе профессиональной подготовки курсантов военных вузов, вопросам определения ее сущности и содержания. Исследование ведется на основании личностно-деятельностного подхода с использованием структурного анализа понятий и явлений, что позволяет комплексно рассмотреть сущность, содержание и структуру управленческой компетенции. Уточнен ряд понятий, исследованы различные подходы к их определению в сфере компетентностного подхода. Проведен анализ управленческой компетенции, подробно рассмотрены ее составные части. На основе представленных подходов автор предлагает разработать критериальный аппарат для диагностики управленческой компетенции.

The article is dedicated to the problem of developing the managerial competence in the process of professional training of military school cadets. The problematic issues of the definition of the nature and content of managerial competence are studied. The study is conducted on the basis of the personal-activity approach, using structural analysis concepts and phenomena, allowing to consider comprehensively the nature, the content and the structure of the studied object. The relevance of this problem is analyzed. Additionally, some concepts are clarified and various approaches to their definition in the sphere of the competence approach are described. In this article, an analysis of managerial competence is made in more detail and its constituent parts are examined. Based on the presented approaches, the author proposes to develop a criteria-based device for the diagnosis of managerial competence.
