The estimation of ecological and economic safety on an example of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Crimea is offered. Based on the statistical data on the state of the regional and branch economy, the indicators and the main trends in the development of the Crimean machine-building enterprises were considered. There is a significant mutual influence of the enterprise and the external environment. The operation of large industries in specific ecosystems entails negative transformations, and the risks of extraordinary situations increase the uncertainty of the environment. In the conditions of permanent variability of parameters and the difficulty of their concretization, the most adequate results of the analysis of environmental and economic security are provided by methods of peer review, fuzzy logic and their combination. A method is proposed for finding quantitative estimates of the level of environmental and economic security of regional industrial enterprises using adapted fuzzy set instruments.
