Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена проблемам осуществления прокурорского надзора за исполнением земельного законодательства в Российской Федерации. В работе исследуются: сущность, предмет, пределы осуществления прокурорского надзора в сфере земельного законодательства, также рассматриваются вопросы методики и тактики прокурорского надзора, меры прокурорского реагирования на выявленные нарушения земельного законодательства. В работе определены полномочия, основные функции и особенности осуществления органами прокуратуры Российской Федерации надзора за исполнением земельного законодательства.

Final qualification work is devoted to problems of implementation of public prosecutor's supervision of performance of the land legislation in the Russian Federation. In work are investigated: essence, a subject, limits of implementation of public prosecutor's supervision in the sphere of the land legislation, questions of a technique and tactics of public prosecutor's supervision, a measure of public prosecutor's response to the revealed violations of the land legislation are also considered. In work powers, the main functions and features of implementation by bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation of supervision of performance of the land legislation are defined.
