Основная цель дипломного исследования, заключающаяся в выявлении взаимосвязи структурных элементов эмоционального интеллекта с предпочитаемыми стратегиями поведения в конфликте у студентов была достигнута. Проведен теоретический анализ понятий эмоциональный интеллект, конфликт, способ реагирования (стратегия поведения) в конфликте. Проведено практическое исследование, в ходе которого были выделены уровни показателей эмоционального интеллекта и доминирующие стратегии поведения в конфликте у студентов. В результате корреляционного анализа были обнаружены взаимосвязи отдельных показателей эмоционального интеллекта и способов реагирования в конфликте. На основе полученных результатов был сделан вывод о том, что имеется взаимосвязь отдельных структурных элементов эмоционального интеллекта и способов реагирования в конфликте.

The main objective of the graduation research, namely to identify the relationship of structural elements of emotional intelligence with the preferred behavior strategies in conflict among students was achieved. The theoretical analysis of the concepts of emotional intelligence, conflict, how (strategy) in conflict. a practical study in the course of which were allocated by levels of indicators of emotional intelligence and dominant strategy of behavior in conflict among the students. As a result of correlation analysis were discovered the relationship of selected indicators of emotional intelligence and ways to respond to the conflict. Based on the obtained results, it was concluded that there is a relationship of individual structural elements of emotional intelligence and ways to respond to the conflict.
