В ходе данной работы разрабатывался проект инженерного благоустройства коттеджного поселка “Живая Русь”, расположенного в Тосненском районе Ленинградской области, который включает в себя генеральный план данного населенного пункта и схему организации рельефа коттеджного поселка. В выпускной работе предусматривается разработка ливневой канализации, а также дренажной системы населенного пункта. Рассмотрен генеральный план индивидуального жилого участка №39. Также детально прорабатывается зона Административно-бытового центра посёлка и рекреационная зона.

In the course of this work developed the engineering project improvement of cottage settlement “Live Rus”, located in the Tosno district of the Leningrad region, which includes the General plan of the settlement and organization of the relief of the cottage settlement. In the exhaust work includes the development of the storm Sewerage and drainage system of the village. The General plan is considered an individual residential lot, No. 39. Also worked out in detail the area of the Administrative-household village centre and recreational area.
