Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является проект инженерного благоустройства коттеджного поселка «Дубровка». Поселок расположен в Ломоносовском районе Ленинградской области. В ходе работы были разработаны: - генеральный план малого населенного пункта; - организацию рельефа коттеджного поселка; - безнапорная ливневая канализация и дренажная система, как комплекс мероприятий по защите от затопления и подтопления застраиваемой территории. Особое внимание было уделено генплану и схеме организация рельефа территории административно-бытового центра, индивидуального с участка № 47.

The purpose of the final qualification work is the project of engineering improvement of the cottage settlement of "Dubrovka". The settlement is located in Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region. During work have been developed: - general plan of the small settlement; - organization of terrain of the cottage settlement; - the free-flow stormwater drainage system and drainage system as a complex of actions for protection against flooding and flooding of the built-up territory. The special attention has been paid to the general plan and the scheme the organization of a relief of the territory of the administrative and household center, an individual site № 47.
