В данной работе рассмотрены сущность инвестиций, их классификация, а также рассмотрены методики оценки инвестиционной привлекательности организации. Также был проведен анализ инвестиционной привлекательности организации, который основан на методе сравнительной (рыночной) оценки, доходного метода, метода рейтинговой оценки и других. А также проведен анализ привлекательности организации на основе оценки финансовых показателей и предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию инвестиционной привлекательности, основные проблемы инвестиционной привлекательности компании и способы совершенствования и перспективы развития деятельности в организации.

In bachelor work we consider the essence of investments, their classification, and discusses methods of evaluation of investment attractiveness of the organization. Also, the analysis of investment attractiveness of the organization was presented, which is based on the method of comparative (market) valuation, income approach, the method of rating and other. As well as an analysis of the attractiveness of the organization based on the measurement of financial performance and provide recommendations for improving the investment attractiveness of the main problems of the investment attractiveness of the company and ways to improve the prospects for the development and activities of the organization.
