Данная выпускная квалификационная работа была посвящена разработке предложений по совершенствованию механизма лицензирования ввоза продукции военного назначения на территорию Российской Федерации. Актуальность работы обусловлена тем, что лицензирование ввоза продукции военного назначения, имеет стратегическую значимость для государства в плане обеспечения интересов Российской Федерации в условиях нестабильности геополитической ситуации в мировом сообществе, а также необходимостью обеспечения национальной безопасности. Основным результатом проведенной работы послужила выработка рекомендаций по решению выявленных проблем.

This bachelor work has been devoted to the development of proposals for improving the mechanism of licensing of import of production for military purposes in the territory of the Russian Federation. Relevance of the work due to the fact that the licensing of import of military products, is of strategic importance for the state in terms of the interests of the Russian Federation in the conditions of instability of the geopolitical situation in the world community, as well as the need to ensure national security. The main result of this work served as the development of recommendations to address the problems identified.
