В магистерской диссертации проведен анализ результатов работы Санкт-Петербургского регионального отделения Фонда социального страхования Российской Федерации за 2011-2015 г.г. в части формирования доходной и расходной частей бюджета. На основе прогноза социально-экономического развития страны сформированы показатели бюджета регионального отделения в 2016-2019 г.г. Выявлена проблема, с которой столкнется бюджет регионального отделения и Фонда социального страхования Российской Федерации, а именно рост дефицита бюджета. Предложен путь решения указанной проблемы.

The master's thesis analyzes the results of the St. Petersburg regional department of the Social Security Fund of the Russian Federation for 2011-2015 years in terms of the formation of the revenue and expenditure sides of the budget. On the basis of the forecast of social and economic develop-ment of the country's budget figures are formed regional department in 2016-2019 years. It is experiencing an issue that will confront the budget of the regional department and the Social Security Fund of the Russian Federa-tion, namely the budget deficit growth.
