В бакалаврской работе рассмотрен анализ различных методов оценки и выбора поставщиков, анализ рынка, оценка надежности поставщиков, их финансовая устойчивость, предлагаемые услуги поставщиков и анализ конкурентов организации. Разработана собственная система оценки и выбора поставщиков для ООО "Комета Форвардинг". Проведен расчет экономической эффективности предложенных мероприятий.
The bachelor work considers the analysis of various evaluation methods and the supplier selection, market research, an assessment of reliability of suppliers, their financial stability, the offered services of suppliers and competitor analysis of the organization. Сreated the own system of an assessment and the supplier selection for Kometa Forvarding Ltd. Calculation of economic efficiency of the offered actions is carried out.
