Объектом исследования является компания ООО «Вириал». Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка и внедрение системы бюджетирования и управленческого учета на предприятии ООО «Вириал», а так же оценка эффективности от внедрения системы управленческого учета и бюджетирования. Задачи: · разработка и вынесение практических рекомендаций по системе управленческого учета и бюджетирования; · оценка эффективности от внедрения бюджетирования на предприятии. Были проведены разработки и вынесены практические рекомендации по совершенствованию имеющейся системы управленческого учета и бюджетирования. Рассчитана оценка эффективности по внедрению системы. Выстроенная система позволяет облегчить процесс, связанный с планированием и прогнозированием в компании.

The purpose of the master thesis is the development and implementation budgeting system and management accounting at the enterprise of LLC "virial", as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation of management accounting and budgeting. Tasks: • develop and propose practical recommendations on the management accounts and budgeting; • evaluation of effectiveness of implementation of budgeting at the enterprise.Was held design and made practical recommendations for improving existing systems of management accounting and budgeting. Calculated assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the system. Built system facilitates the process associated with planning and forecasting in the company.
