Тема дипломной работы - «Разработка бизнес плана финансового оздоровления неплатежеспособного предприятия». Актуальность темы обусловлена социальной значимостью предприятий строительной отрасли, ростом числа убыточных предприятий. Целью дипломного проекта является разработка комплекса антикризисных мероприятий для неплатежеспособных предприятий строительной отрасли. В первой главе дипломного проекта проведен анализ рынка услуг строительных предприятий. Приведена общая характеристика рынка. И проанализированы основные показатели деятельности этих предприятий В связи с этим во второй главе был уточнен понятийный аппарат антикризисного управления. В третьей главе приведена общая характеристика строительного предприятия ООО «Сервис-Строй». Проведен подробный анализ финансово-экономического состояния этого предприятия, который показал, что предприятие имеет очень низкие показатели рентабельности. Несмотря на то, что предприятие частично сократит производство и свернут часть бизнеса на период кризиса, реализация этого комплекса мероприятий позволит предприятию восстановить платежеспособность и повысить показатели рентабельности.
