Актуальность данной работы видится в создании новой усовершенствованной экономической информационной системы производственной деятельности организации, в целях повышения конкурентоспособности на рынке сбыта, а также удовлетворения требований заказчиков и потребителей продукции. Целью данного дипломного проекта является разработка проекта оптимизации информационных потоков на предприятии ООО «Леспром» на основе внедрения IT-технологий. Объектом бакалаврского исследования является ООО «Леспром». Предметом исследования стали проблемы обеспечения эффективности информационных потоков на предприятии ООО «Леспром». В дипломную работу входит введение, три главы, заключение. Во введении раскрывается актуальность исследования по выбранному направлению, сформулирована цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект, предмет работы, методологическая база исследования, его теоретическая, практическая значимость. В первой главе исследованы теоретические аспекты формирования информационных потоков на предприятии. Во второй главе проведен анализ информационных потоков на предприятии ООО «Леспром».В третьей главе предложены мероприятия по повышению производительности информационной системы ООО «Леспром». Заключение посвящено основным выводам и предложениям по оптимизации информационных потоков на предприятии ООО «Леспром», посредством внедрения IT-технологий.

The relevance of this work is seen to provide a new and improved economic information system production activities of the organization, in order to improve competitiveness in the market, and also meet the requirements of customers and consumers. The purpose of this degree project is the development of the project optimization of information flows in the company "Lesprom" through the introduction of IT-technologies. The object of the present graduation paper is the analysis of information streams in the company OOO "Lesprom" (LLC). The subject of this work is the issue concerning efficiency of information streams in the company OOO "Lesprom". The graduation paper consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the present research in the given field, defines the problem and the goal of the paper, specifies its object and subject, formulates a hypothesis, sets goals and objectives of this work, and indicates methodological procedures of the research, as well as its theoretical and practical significance. In the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of formation of information streams in the company are examined. In the second chapter, we present the analysis of information streams in the company OOO "Lesprom". In the third chapter, we observe elaboration of measures aimed to improve the information system performance in OOO "Lesprom" and give argumentations for them. The conclusion includes the main findings of the research and proposals on how optimization of information streams in the company OOO "Lesprom" could be implemented by introducing IT-technologies.
