Для достижения цели рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления в целом, рассмотрены роль и место управления затратами в системе управления предприятием, определены основные задачи управления затратами на предприятии и основные направления оптимизации затрат предприятия и существующие методы управления затратами. Кроме того, проведен анализ технико-экономических и финансовых показателей деятельности предприятия, проанализированы производственные затраты в динамике и структуре, проведен факторный анализ себестоимости продукции, осуществлен анализ эффективности и проблем управления затратами на предприятии, предложены пути совершенствования управления затратами на предприятии и основные направления их снижения.

To achieve the goal of the theoretical aspects of management in general, considered the role and place of cost management in the enterprise management system, the basic cost management objectives for the company and the main directions of optimization of costs of the enterprise and the existing cost management techniques. In addition, the analysis of the technical, economic and financial performance of the enterprise, analyzed the cost of production in the dynamics and structure performed a factor analysis of production costs, carried out an analysis of efficiency and cost management problems in the company, suggest ways to improve cost management in the enterprise and the basic directions of their reduction.
