Проведен обзор законодательных и нормативных документов, рассмотрены теоретические основы управления финансовыми инвестициями предприятий. В аналитической части исследования приведена общая финансово-экономическая характеристика предприятия ООО «Средняя Азия», проведен анализ финансового состояния и финансовых результатов работы предприятия, разработаны предложения по улучшению финансового состояния предприятия. По итогам расчетов выполнена оценка экономического эффекта предложенных мероприятий.
