Цель бакалаврской работы - обосновать эффективность применения финансового лизинга при обновлении основных фондов организации ООО «СтройПласт-Инжиниринг». Для достижения цели в работе описаны теоретические аспекты финансового лизинга, нормативно-правовая база, преимущества и недостатки данного вида финансовых услуг. Проанализирована финансово-хозяйственная деятельность ООО «СтройПласт-Инжиниринг». Были проведены расчеты по обновлению основных фондов при применении лизинга и кредита, а также сделаны выводы по ним.

The purpose of the baccalaureate project - to prove efficiency of application of financial leasing when updating fixed assets of the LLC Stroyplast-Engineering organization. For achievement of the purpose in work theoretical aspects of financial leasing, standard and legal base, advantages and shortcomings of this type of financial services are described. Financial and economic activity of LLC Stroyplast-Engineering is analysed. Calculations for updating of fixed assets at application of leasing and the credit were carried out, and also conclusions on them are drawn.
