В магистерской диссертации сформулирована актуальность и важность проведения реорганизации предприятия. Целью является обоснование проведения реорганизации. Проанализировано изменение действующего законодательства. В ходе финансового анализа были выявлены слабые места. Рассмотрены факторы укрепления финансового положения. Методом добавленной стоимости EVA доказана эффективность проведенной реорганизации.

In the master thesis relevance and importance of carrying out reorganization of the entity is formulated. The purpose are reasons for carrying out reorganization. Change of the current legislation is analyzed. During a financial analysis, weak points have been revealed. Factors of strengthening of a financial position are considered. The method of value added EVA has proved efficiency of the carried-out reorganization.
