The purpose of the master's thesis is a study of the use of plastic dies made 3D printing, for the simulation of hot die forging and sheet forming. The author of the work developed and experimentally proved cost-effective process of manufacturing plastic dies made 3D printing for physical modeling of hot die forging process and for cold formed sheet aluminum. The possibilities of the use of technological equipment plastic manufactured using of 3D-printers for metal forming. A physical simulation of hot forming with plastic dies and plasticine. The study sheet forming process of aluminum ANSI 3003 found that in this process the plastic tool is not collapsed and not plastically deformed. A computer simulation of the process in the software package «Simufact.forming». The paper presents a comparative analysis and selection of a preferred embodiment of the sheet forming. Provided recommendations on Safety Instructions.
