A technique for site selection based on multi-criteria and territorial analysis methods using GISis proposed in this research. The most suitable method of decision-making is chosen, the process of economic, social, technological and other assessments is described. A practical example of applying the developed methodology on the example of Saint Petersburg is provided.

В данной работе предложена методика выбора участка строительства на основе методов многокритериального и территориального анализа с использованием ГИС. Подобран наиболее подходящий метод принятия решений, описан процесс экономической, социальной, технологической и прочих оценок. Приведен практический пример применения разработанной методики на примере Санкт-Петербурга.
