Объект исследования – аутсорсинг как механизм повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия ОАО «Большой Гостиный Двор». Цель работы – оценка эффективности деятельности предприятия после внедрения аутсорсинга. Основные задачи работы – проанализировать возможность использования аутсорсинга в деятельности предприятия ОАО «Большой Гостиный Двор»" и оценить эффективность от внедрения. В работе изучены и проанализированы способы принятия решений по переходу на аутсорсинг. Была разработана схема реализации аутсорсинг-проекта и рассчитаны следующие показатели эффективности отдела административно-хозяйственного обеспечения (АХО): рентабельность персонала; годовые затраты на организацию отдела АХО; комплексный оценочный критерий эффективности аутсорсинга; план мероприятий по передаче клининговых услуг и службы охраны на аутсорсинг; экономический эффект от аутсорсинга. Проведен расчет эффективности внедрения аутсорсинга в отделе административно-хозяйственного обеспечения компании ОАО «Большой Гостиный двор».

The object of the study is outsourcing as a mechanism for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise OJSC «Bolshoy Gostiny Dvor». The purpose of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the enterprise after the introduction of outsourcing. The main tasks of the work are to analyze the possibility of using outsourcing in the activity of the enterprise OJSC «Bolshoy Gostiny Dvor» and assess the effectiveness of implementation. The paper studies and analyzes the ways of making decisions on the transition to outsourcing. The scheme for the implementation of the outsourcing project was developed and the following indicators of the efficiency of the administrative and business support department (ABS) were calculated: staff profitability; annual costs for the organization of the department; comprehensive evaluation criterion for the effectiveness of outsourcing; an action plan for the transfer of cleaning services and security services to outsourcing; the economic effect of outsourcing. The calculation of the effectiveness of the implementation of outsourcing in the department of administrative and business support of the company OJSC «Bolshoy Gostiny Dvor» was carried out.
