Объектом исследования является ООО «Успех». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ деятельности предприятия общественного питания с целью выявления рисков. Разработка мероприятий направленных на снижение степени влияния этих рисков. Анализируя деятельность предприятия общественного питания, были определены основные угрозы внешней и внутренней среды и предложены механизмы для их устранения. На основе отчетных данных была проведена оценка финансового положения ресторана, то есть ликвидности и платежеспособности, рассчитаны коэффициенты финансовой устойчивости и рентабельности. Определены основные причины снижения финансовой устойчивости предприятия. Были разработаны рекомендации для управления рисками и предложены мероприятия для улучшения финансового состояния ресторана.

The object of the study is "Success"company . The objective of this work is the analysis of activity of public catering enterprises with the aim of identifying risks. Development of measures aimed at reducing the impact of these risks. Analyzing the activity of the catering enterprise, the main threats to the external and internal environment were identified and mechanisms for their elimination were proposed. On the basis of the reporting data, the assessment of the financial position of the restaurant, i.e. liquidity and solvency was carried out, the coefficients of financial stability and profitability were calculated. The main reasons for the decline in the financial stability of the enterprise. Recommendations for risk management were developed and measures were proposed to improve the financial condition of the restaurant.
