Объектом исследования является ПАО «ОДК-УМПО». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является изучение способов по повышению производительности труда на предприятии ПАО «ОДК-УМПО». С учётом намеченной цели были поставлены задачи: изучение сущность, методы измерения, оценки и пути повышения; оценка и анализ производительности труда на предприятии ПАО «ОДК-УМПО»; разработка мероприятий, направленных на повышение производительности труда на предприятии и оценка их эффективности. В настоящей выпускной работе для достижения поставленной цели использованы следующие методы исследования: анализ, графический метод, сравнение, статистический и системный методы. На основе анализа производительности выработаны рекомендации по улучшению деятельности предприятия, повышению финансовой устойчивости, рентабельности, что в итоге позволит увеличить доходы в бюджеты всех уровней, обеспечить достойную заработную плату персоналу и решить другие социальные вопросы. Решив все поставленные задачи, разработав и внедрив мероприятия по устранению выявленных недостатков, мы достигли по-ставленной цели – мы разработали мероприятия направленные на повышение производительности труда. Результаты исследования наглядно демонстрируют определяющую роль анализа производительности труда в повышении эффективности производственных-экономических итогов общества, тем самым проявляясь как функция системы управления.

The object of study is PJSC “ODK-UMPO”. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to study ways to increase labor productivity at the enterprise of PJSC "ODK-UMPO". Taking into account the intended goal the following tasks were set: study of the essence, methods of measurement, evaluation and ways of increasing; evaluation and analysis of labor productivity at the enterprise PJSC "ODK-UMPO"; development of measures aimed at increasing the productivity of labor in the enterprise and assessing their effectiveness. In this final work to achieve the goal, the following research methods were used: analysis, graphic method, comparison, statistical and system methods. Based on the performance analysis, recommendations were developed to improve the enterprise’s activities, increase financial sustainability, profitability, which ultimately would increase revenues to budgets of all levels, ensure decent salaries for staff and solve other social issues. Having solved all the assigned tasks, having developed and implemented measures to eliminate the identified deficiencies, we achieved our stated goal - we developed measures aimed at increasing labor productivity. The results of the study vividly demonstrate the decisive role of the analysis of labor productivity in increasing the efficiency of the production and economic outcomes of society, thereby manifesting itself as a function of the management system.
