В выпускной работе исследуются факторы, влияющие на IPO и на развитие компаний: рассматриваются состав и классификация факторов; влияние IPO на структуру капитала и рыночную стоимость компании. Приводятся методы оценки рыночной стоимости компании, применение анализа с использованием (P/E ) фактора. Выявлено существование зависимости рыночной стоимости компании от IPO, проведен анализ на основе данных статистической отчетности. Выполнен сравнительный анализ финансового состояния российских и китайских предприятий. Исследованы особенности влияния IPO на рыночную стоимость китайских компании, по результатам анализа сформулированы выводы и предложения, направленные на улучшение финансового положения компаний, повышения их рыночной стоимости, основанные на использовании взаимного опыта китайских и российских предприятий.

The final work examines the factors affecting the IPO and the development of companies: the composition and classification of factors are considered; the impact of IPO on the capital structure and market value of the company. The methods for assessing the market value of the company, the application of analysis using the (P/E) factor are given. The existence of the dependence of the company's market value on the IPO has been revealed, and an analysis has been made on the basis of statistical reporting data. A comparative analysis of the financial condition of Russian and Chinese enterprises. The peculiarities of the impact of IPO on the market value of Chinese companies are studied, and based on the results of the analysis, conclusions and proposals have been formulated aimed at improving the financial situation of companies, increasing their market value, based on the use of mutual experience of Chinese and Russian enterprises.
