В данной работе разработаны варианты развития малого бизнеса на примере магазина, специализирующегося на продаже автозапчастей. Изучены особенности ведения малого бизнеса в России, процесс ценообразования на рынке продажи автозапчастей, и порядок поддержки малого бизнеса в России. Объектом исследования выступила компания ООО «СМАЛ». Проанализирована текущая деятельность магазина, занимающегося продажей автозапчастей, ее внутренний распорядок и правила, основные проблемные ситуации, возникшие в организации на данном этапе. Детально описана разработка плана по решению выявленных проблем. Выбраны и смоделированы наиболее подходящие варианты дальнейшего развития организации. Проведен анализ полученных результатов, сформулированы выводы и рекомендации по проекту.

In this paper, development options for small businesses are developed using the example of a store specializing in the sale of auto parts. The features of running a small business in Russia, the pricing process in the auto parts market, and the procedure for supporting small businesses in Russia have been studied. The object of the study was the company LLC "SMAL". Analyzed the current activities of the store that sells auto parts, its internal regulations and rules, the main problem situations that have arisen in the organization at this stage. The development of a plan to solve the identified problems is described in detail. Selected and modeled the most appropriate options for the further development of the organization. The analysis of the results obtained, the conclusions and recommendations on the project.
