The dissertation focuses on assessing the impact of various technologies used in construction that affect the stress-strain state of monolithically structured buildings’ load-bearing beams. As an example, a 17-storey concrete building is examined. We used numerical simulation produced in the “LIRA” software by the finite elements method for the study. The methods of modeling the examined construction technologies consisting of three factors are described: change modulus of elasticity of concrete, fragmentation the building into parts (creation of a working seam) and accounting for additional load from formwork equipment. The importance of movements that contribute to making a comparative analysis of the design scheme with the considered construction factors and a multi-stage design scheme are obtained. Recommendations for further development of this topic are given.
