В статье представлена система организации мониторинга физической и функциональной подготовленности и соревновательной деятельности спортсменов высокого класса. В работе представлено значение мониторинга в системе подготовки высококвалифицированных спортсменов. В работе обоснована экстренная необходимость повседневного применения системы мониторинга в многолетней подготовке спортсменов для компетентного и взвешенного осуществления научно-методических шагов в эффективном управлении учебно-тренировочным процессом.
The article presents a system for organizing monitoring of physical and functional fitness and competitive activity of high-class athletes. The paper presents the importance of monitoring in the system of training high-class athletes. The paper substantiates the urgent need for the daily use of the monitoring system in the long-term training of athletes for the competent and balanced implementation of scientific and methodological steps in the effective management of the training process.
