Авторами предлагается методика изготовления композитных элементов подвески транспортных средств при мелкосерийном производстве и прототипировании. Продемонстрировано решение по снижению себестоимости полимерных деталей армированных стекломатериалом. Проведен анализ существующих решений на соответствие основным требованиям, предъявляемым к направляющему аппарату подвески транспортных машин.
The authors of the article propose a method for manufacturing composite suspension elements of vehicles in small-scale production and prototyping. A solution to reduce the cost of polymer parts reinforced with glass material is demonstrated. The analysis of existing solutions for compliance with the basic requirements for the suspension guide device of transport vehicles is carried out.
