Статья посвящена будущему седьмому технологическому укладу (ТУ), начало которого ожидается в период с 2030-х по 2050-е годы. Контрольной группой (КГ) магистрантов были изучены статьи в области научного предвидения, на основании которых были сформированы независимые мнения о будущем науки и технологий, впоследствии консолидированные в рамках этой работы. Цель статьи – формирование нестрогого, неформализованного прогноза в отношении ресурсной базы и технологического ядра седьмого ТУ. Методы: анализ, абстрагирование, идеализация, синтез, опрос КГ и изучение источников. Основные источники: исследования российских и зарубежных ученых в области научного предвидения.
The article is devoted to the future seventh technological paradigm (TP), the beginning of which is expected in the period from the 2030s to the 2050s. An expert group of master students studied articles in the field of scientific foresight, based on them formed independent opinions about the future of science and technology, subsequently consolidated within the framework of this work. The purpose of the article is to form a non–strict, non-formalized forecast regarding the resource base and technological core of the seventh TP. Methods: analysis, abstraction, idealization, synthesis, survey of experts and study of sources. Main sources: research of Russian and foreign scientists in the field of scientific foresight.
