В статье дана оценка вклада Горного института в подготовку военных приемщиков для Главного артиллерийского управления во второй половине XIX – начале XX в. Кратко охарактеризована основная историографическая база рассматриваемой тематики. Описано состояние кадрового голода отечественного института военной приемки к концу 1850-х гг. Представлены важные этапы в совершенствовании системы подготовки артиллерийских приемщиков в Горном институте. Раскрыты проблемные вопросы обучения в нем офицеров. Авторы статьи приходят к выводу, что роль Горного института как кузницы кадров для отечественного института военной приемки в третьей четверти XIX в. была значительной, что является примером успешной подготовки специалистов для военной промышленности в гражданском учебном заведении. В статье использованы опубликованные источники (законы Российской империи, приказы и пр.) и документальные материалы из архивов Российской Федерации, впервые вводимые в научный оборот.
The paper discusses the contribution of the Mining institute to training military surveyors for the Main artillery administration. The main historiographical base of the subject is briefly described. The state of "personnel shortage" experienced by the institution of military surveyors by the end of the 1850s is characterized. The basic steps in improving the system of training of artillery inspectors in the Mining institute are shown. The problematic issues of training officers in the mining university are revealed. Conclusions are drawn about the significant role of the Mining institute as a "orge of personnel" for the russian institution of military surveyors in the third quarter of the 19th century. The article uses published sources (laws of the russian empire, orders, etc.) and documentary materials from the archives of the russian federation, first introduced into scientific sphere.
