В учебно-методическом пособии “Холодильное оборудование” представлены четыре лабораторные работы. Работы являются основой изучения студентами - бакалаврами дисциплины “Холодильная техника и технология”. В работе №1 рассмотрены методы инструментальной и аналитической оценки параметров теплоотводящей среды (часть 1), Во второй части работы представлена методика расчета количества влаги, оседающей на поверхности теплообменного аппарата холодильной машины. В работе №2 рассмотрена методика проведения эксперимента, и аналитическая оценка длительности охлаждения тел простой геометрической формы. В работе №3 рассмотрена методика проведения эксперимента, дана аналитическая оценка длительности замораживания тел простой геометрической формы. В работе №4 рассмотрены процессы, лежащие в основе совершенствования конструкций торгового холодильного оборудования.

In educational and methodical benefit "Refrigeration equipment" four laboratory works are provided. Works are a basis of studying by students - bachelors of discipline "The refrigerating equipment and technology". In work No. 1 methods of tool and analytical assessment of parameters of the heat-removing environment are considered (part 1), In the second part of work the method of calculation of amount of the moisture accumulating on the surface of the heatexchange device of the cooling machinery is provided. In work No. 2 the technique of carrying out an experiment, and analytical assessment of duration of chilling of bodies of a simple geometrical form is considered. In work No. 3 the technique of carrying out an experiment is considered, an analytical assessment of duration of freezing of bodies of a simple geometrical form is given. In work No. 4 the processes which are the cornerstone of enhancement of designs of a trading refrigeration equipment are considered.
