Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является исследование деятельности института торгово-промышленных палат в России по развитию внешнеэкономической деятельности (активности) хозяйствующих субъектов (на примере деятельности Ассоциации «Ленинградская областная торгово-промышленная палата»). В данной работе рассмотрена история становления и развития торгово-промышленных Палат в России, изучена нормативно-правовая база, которой руководствуется институт торгово-промышленных палат в РФ, дана и проклассифицирована характеристика услуг, оказываемых ТПП РФ, проанализирована сфера деятельности Ассоциации «Ленинградская областная торгово-промышленная палата», обозначены цели и преимущества участия бизнеса в ЛОТПП, определены основные инструменты содействия предпринимательской среде в развитии внешнеэкономической деятельности и их реализация в Палате, разработаны конкретные рекомендации по совершенствованию механизмов развития ВЭД в Ленинградской областной ТПП, предложена стратегия развития ЛОТПП на ближайшие годы.

The objective of the graduation thesis is to study the activity of the Chambers of Commerce of the Russian Federation developing the foreign economic activity of the economic entities (the activities of The Leningrad Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry have been taken as an example).This thesis deals with the history of the formation and development of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCI RF). The legal framework of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation has been studied. There is a classification of the services provided by the RF CCI. The activities of the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LRCCI) have been analyzed. The objectives and benefits of the business involvement in the LRCCI have been defined. The basic tools to facilitate the business environment in the development of the foreign economic activities and their implementation in the Chamber have been shown. The recommendations to improve the foreign economic development mechanisms of the LRCII have been given. The strategy of the LRCCI development for the coming years has been suggested.
