Приведены цель, задачи и результаты экспертизы качества пяти образцов растворимого сублимированного кофе по органолептическим и физико-химическим показателям. Рассмотрена экономико-организационная структура розничного торгового предприятия «Дикси» и оценена эффективность реализации бакалейных товаров на предприятии.
