Данная работа посвящена разработке мероприятий по оптимизации использования прибыли на предприятии. Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия ЗАО "Тбилисский маслосырзавод", анализ формирования, использования и распределения прибыли на предприятии, на основании чего мы выявили ряд недочетов, устранить которые мы предложили путем проведения следующих мероприятий: снижение себестоимости продукции в части материальных затрат, снижение коммерческих затрат, введение новых методов распределения прибыли.

This work is devoted to the development of measures to optimize the use of the profit in the company. The analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise JSC "Tbilisi Creamery" analysis of the formation, use and distribution of profits in the company, on the basis of what we have identified a number of shortcomings, resolve that we have offered through the following measures: reduction of production costs in terms of material costs, sales decline costs, the introduction of new methods of distribution of profits.
