Данная работа посвящена разработке мероприятий для повышения эффективности ведения финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации. Проведен анализ внешней и внутренней среды организации ООО "Кредитный брокер" на основании которого мы оценили, обладает ли данная организация внутренними силами и ресурсами, чтобы реализовать имеющиеся возможности и противостоять угрозам, и какие внутренние недостатки требуют скорейшего устранения.

This work is dedicated to the development of measures to improve the efficiency of financial and economic activities of the organization. The analysis of the external and internal environment of the organization of "Сredit broker" on the basis of which we will evaluate whether the organization's internal forces and resources in order to realize the opportunities and confront the threats and internal weaknesses which require urgent solutions.
