В работе рассматриваются теоретические основы кредитования юридических лиц, нормативно-правовое регулирование и динамика развития рынка кредитования юридических лиц в Российской Федерации. Проводится оценка финансового состояния ПАО "Энергомашбанк", рассматриваются программы кредитования юридических лиц, структура кредитного портфеля, а также методика оценки кредитоспособности заемщика в ПАО "Энергомашбанк". Разрабатывается ряд рекомендаций по совершенствованию практики кредитования юридических лиц в ПАО "Энергомашбанк".

The paper deals with the theoretical foundations of corporate lending, legal regulation and the dynamics of the market of crediting legal entities in the Russian Federation. An evaluation of the financial condition of PJSC "Energomashbank" considered corporate lending program, the structure of the loan portfolio, as well as the method of evaluating the creditworthiness of the borrower in PJSC "Energomashbank". It developed a number of recommendations for improving the lending practices of legal entities in PJSC "Energomashbank".
