В работе рассматривается структура собственного капитала, его основные функции, источники формирования и методы управления. Проведен организационный и экономический анализ деятельности АО ЮниКредит Банк, анализ источников собственного капитала и его достаточности. Выявлены основные проблемы, связанные с оптимизацией структуры и величины собственного капитала АО ЮниКредит Банк.

This paper considers the equity structure, its basic functions, the sources and methods of management. Considered the overall organizational and economic analysis of activity of JSC UniCredit Bank, analysis of the sources of equity capital and its adequacy. Identified the main problems associated with the optimization of the structure and the amount of equity capital of JSC UniCredit Bank.
