Задачи работы: рассмотреть основные теоретические подходы к описанию термина "бизнес-модель", специфику бизнес-модели строительной отрасли в современных российских условиях, финансовую политику предприятий строительной отрасли, её основные направления. Предмет исследования - бизнес-модель строительного предприятия ООО "Универсалстрой".
