Цель - рассмотрение особенностей анализа и управления себестоимостью, а также объективно оценить уровень и динамику затрат на производство продукции и выявить пути их снижения. Предмет - изучение теоретических и методологических основ анализа и управления себестоимостью. Решены следующие задачи: проанализированы динамика и структура затрат на производство; аргументирована функциональная зависимость между издержками и объёмами производства; разработаны конкретные рекомендации по снижению затрат и рассчитан экономический эффект от их внедрения.
