В первой главе дана характеристика предпринимательской деятельности Муниципального предприятия «Петергофское предприятие электрических сетей». Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия с применением программного продукта. Дана оценка уровня конкурентной способности МП «ППЭС». Сделан вывод, что для дальнейшего улучшения экономического состояния предприятия необходимо применить методы финансового менеджмента в управлении затратами МП «ППЭС».Во второй главе подробно рассмотрены теоретические основы внутрифирменного управления экономикой на предприятиях и в организациях. Третья глава посвящена разработке мероприятий по применению методов финансового менеджмента в управлении затратами предприятия в условиях экономического кризиса. Итогом третьей главы стала оценка экономического эффекта при применении метода вариаторов. Результаты проведенных расчетов по применению методики вариаторов для оценки затрат дают основание сделать вывод о целесообразности предложенных в дипломном проекте мероприятий.
