В первой главе дана характеристика предпринимательской деятельности ЗАО «Арматура». Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Дана оценка финансового состояния ЗАО «Арматура». Сделан вывод, что для дальнейшего улучшения финансового состояния предприятия необходимо совершенствовать систему мотивации и стимулирования персонала. Во второй главе рассмотрены теоретические основы теории управления персоналом. Третья глава посвящена разработке мероприятий по формированию системы мотивации и стимулирования ЗАО «Арматура». Итогом третьей главы стала оценка экономической целесообразности предложенных мероприятий. Результаты проведенных расчетов мероприятий по формированию системы мотивации и стимулирования персонала ЗАО «Арматура» дают основание сделать вывод о целесообразности предложенных в дипломном проекте мероприятий.
