В первой главе дана характеристика деятельности СПб ГУП «Мостортест». Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия с применением программного продукта «Финансовый анализ» версия 3.0. Дана оценка уровня конкурентной способности СПб ГУП «Мостортест». Сделан вывод, что для дальнейшего улучшения экономического состояния предприятия необходимо совершенствовать систему управления персоналом в СПб ГУП «Мостотрест».Во второй главе подробно рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления персоналом на предприятии, описаны методы управления. Третья глава посвящена разработке мероприятий по совершенствованию управления персоналом в СПб ГУП «Мостотрест». Итогом третьей главы стала оценка экономического эффекта. Результаты проведенных расчетов оценки экономических результатов мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом в СПб ГУП «Мостотрест» дают основание сделать вывод о целесообразности предложенных в бакалаврской работе мероприятий.

Сharacteristic of activity of St. Petersburg "Mostortest" PMU is given in the first chapter. The analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise with the use of software "Financial Analysis" version 3.0. The estimation of the level of competitiveness of St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise "Mostortest". It was concluded that to further improve the economic condition of the company needs to improve human resource management system in the St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise "Mostotrest". The second chapter details the theoretical aspects of personnel management in the company, describes methods of management. The third chapter is devoted to the development of measures to improve the human resource management in the St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise "Mostotrest". The result of the third chapter was to assess the economic effect. The results of the calculation results of the assessment of economic measures to improve the personnel management system in the St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise "Mostotrest" give reason to conclude the feasibility of the proposed measures in the bachelor work.
