Так же представлена организационная структура предприятия в целом. Вместе с этим произведен анализ и оценка финансовой устойчивости хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Во второй главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты системы управления предприятием. В третей главе выявлены наиболее важные проблемы и разработаны мероприятия по их устранению. Так же рассчитан экономический эффект от внедрения принятых мероприятий.
