Целью работы является проведение анализа эффективности использования трудовых ресурсов на предприятии. В процессе выполнения работы проведена оценка факторов, влияющих на основные показатели по труду и заработной плате, дана оценка эффективности кадровой политики предприятия. В заключении содержатся основные выводы и предложения, направленные на повышение эффективности использования трудовых ресурсов.
The main aim of the work is the analysis of the efficiency of using human resources on the trading enterprise. In the process of writing the work the estimation of factors affecting main labour and salary rates was conducted, the assessment of efficiency of the enterprise's recruitment policy was given. The final part contains general conclusions and suggests the ways of improving the efficient use of human resources.
