The result of this work is the confirmation of correctness of "autoresonant" hypothesis, proposed by M. Aizerman [1] for control systems with some different laws of regulation. This hypothesis talks about the required conditions for the occurrence of periodical modes in the control system. It was proposed a "resonance" stability criterion, which allows determining the critical value of the gain, in which there is a loss of stability in the management system, and finding the "resonant" frequency of continuous oscillations arising in the system. When the gain approaches to the critical value, the oscillation frequency occurring in the system tends to the natural frequency of the oscillator, whose value depends on the gain. The "resonant" stability criterion coincides with the algebraic Hurwitz stability criterion for 3rd level complexity control systems.
