В работе определено понятие стратегии управления организациями и раскрыта сущность понятия стратегического управления, рассмотрен процесс стратегического менеджмента и алгоритм адаптации стратегии деятельности организации. Изучены преимущества и недостатки концепции «быстрых стратегий», структура и возможности ее применения в производственно-хозяйственной деятельности. Проведена реализация концепции «быстрых стратегий» на примере организации «Эко-Энергетика».

The definition of the management strategy of organization is given in this work.
