В работе рассмотрены варианты повышения эффективности предпринимательской деятельности компании ООО «М. Видео Менеджмент». Приведены различные показатели эффективности за период 2013-2015 гг., влияние конкурентов на политику компании, а так же анализ внутренней и внешней среды ООО « М. Видео Менеджмент». Для решения задачи были предложены и экономически обоснованы три мероприятия, проведение которых приведет к повышению эффективности предпринимательской деятельности магазина.
