В теоретической части определено понятие и сущность устойчивого развития, рассмотрены факторы, система показателей, и подходов устойчивого развития , определённые стратегий развития региона Арктической зоны. В аналитической части работы проведен анализ подходов и методов, применяемых для оценки управления устойчивым развитием региона. Практическая часть работы представляет международный и отечественный опыт использования кластерного подхода в развитии АЗ РФ, применена идентификация кластеров на примере Мурманской области, проведен Анализ влияния промышленных кластеров на устойчивое развитие АЗ РФ.

In the theoretical part defines the concept and essence of sustainable development, examines the factors, system of indicators, and approaches of sustainable development defined in the strategies of regional development of the Arctic zone. The analytical part of the paper analyzes the approaches and methods used to assess the management of sustainable development of the region. Practical part of the work is international and domestic experience in the use of the cluster approach in the development of the AZ of the Russian Federation applied to identify clusters in the Murmansk region, the analysis of the impact of industrial clusters on the sustainable development of the Russian Federation AZRF.
