Данная работа представляет собой анализ современного состояния промышленности нерудных строительных материалов. В теоретическую часть входят понятийный анализ категории «потенциал отрасли», в ней проанализированы факторы, определяющие потенциал отрасли. В аналитической части работы даны характеристика нерудных строительных материалов и определение их места в экономике России, а также анализ производства и потребления строительных материалов на территории Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области. В практической части работы приводится анализ состояния строительства в Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской области.

This paper presents an analysis of the current state of the industry of non-metallic building materials. The theoretical part includes the analysis of the conceptual category of "potential of the industry", it analyzed the factors that determine the potential of the industry. In the analytical part of the work are characteristic of non-metallic building materials and determination of their place in the Russian economy, as well as analysis of the production and consumption of construction materials on the territory of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. In the practical part of the work is an analysis of the state of construction in St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region.
