В рамках данной работы была разработана методика разработки внешнеэкономической деятельности Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа, был проведен анализ каждого уровня институциональной среды, показано влияние зависимых (эндогенных) факторов развития автономного округа и влияющих (экзогенных) с использованием построенной авторегрессионной модели, проведён прогноз эндогенных показателей на краткосрочный период, выполнена "Дорожная карта" на перспективу развития внешнеэкономической деятельности Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа.

In this work, an analysis of each level of the institutional environment, shows the influence of the dependent (endogenous) Autonomous District development factors methods of development of foreign economic activity of the Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District, was developed it was carried out and the impact (exogenous) with built autoregression model, conducted a forecast of endogenous indicators short-term, made "road map" for the future development of foreign economic activity of the Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District.
