В первой главе изучены вопросы развития туризма в России, охарактеризованы особенности Арктического туризма, приведены подходы по оценке эффективности инвестиционных проектов. Во второй главе проведен анализ туристического потенциала Ямало-ненецкого автономного округа и динамики его развития: приведена характеристика Ямало-ненецкого автономного округа, туризма в ЯНАО, проведен анализ развития туризма в ЯНАО. В третьей главе приведена дорожная карта развития туризма в ЯНАО.

In the introduction justified the relevance of the topic, outlined the purpose of the work, tasks necessary to achieve this goal, the subject and the object of study. In the first Chapter "Theoretical and methodological bases of tourist activity" studied tourism development in Russia is characterized by the features of Arctic tourism, approaches to assess the effectiveness of investment projects. In the second Chapter the analysis of the tourism potential of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district and the dynamics of its development: the characteristics of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district, tourism in the region, the analysis of tourism development in the region.
